Christopher Glover build Food Truck GOAT as a vendor subscription supported app. The business model is to be friendly, simple and straightforward. Selling your data would erode trust; so I don't do that.

As part of App Release, Apple has access to the raw code of Food Truck GOAT

Create: Delete: Customers do not have and are unable to create an account by which to add, edit or delete their information

Read: As an advertising platform Food Truck GOAT allows vendor information and food menus to be read by anyone and without an account

Update: Customers do not have an account by which to add or edit their information

Delete: Customers do not have an account by which to add, edit or delete their information

Favourites: If you choose to Favourite a food vendor, this information is stored soley locally on your device. Your favourites will be lost if you delete Food Truck GOAT or change device. This information is not shared to the food vendors etc

Location: Australia is BIG. Your Latitude and Longitude coordinates are sent to Google Firebase to show relevant results nearby to you as a convenience. This data is not stored or retained by either Google or Food Truck GOAT. You may chose not to use your location and Food Truck GOAT will still operate correctly. You will need to manually zoom to within 200km of your location before results display

Create: To display your truck or business to customers you must supply information. Food Truck GOAT does not collect any information beyond what you supply.

If you choose to Create an Account using your Apple Account, Apple may share your First Name and Email Address. Food Truck GOAT neither stores nor uses this information.

Read: As an advertising platform Food Truck GOAT allows vendor information and food menus to be read by anyone and without an account

Update: Information about your truck is accessible via the Vendor Dashboard and can be changed by you any time. Data is over-written and there is no historic data retained

Delete: You may choose to delete text, menu items, your profile image or your whole account at any time. Deleting your content results in a blank and there is no historic data retained. If you loose access to your account, please get in contact

Location 1: For Food Truck GOAT to function you need to share your last known location. Location is only written and shared ONCE when the Open button is pressed. If your phone moves more than 1000m away from your open location you will be automatically marked as Closed on the map.

Location 2: At the completion of sign-up your default location will be the geographic centre of the Australian Continent until you Open for the first time. This protects the vendor from accidentally displaying their home address on the map

Apple: Apple Privacy Policy

Applicable: All. Food Truck GOAT is an iOS App and users Apple services. Payments are handled external to Food Truck GOAT by Apple Systems within your iPhone or iPad. This means Food Truck GOAT is isolated from your private payment information. You can edit those setting at any time from your devices Settings app

RevenueCat: RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Applicable: Vendors Only. RevenueCat will create a hollow shell profile with no customer information to match with each new Vendor Signup. If you choose to subscribe to Premium a profile containing your truck ID (name and number, for example terrystacos123) as well as your subscription history (current, cancelled) will exist. If you choose to cancel your subscription to Food Truck GOAT Premium, or delete your account, it will be anonymised at that time

Google Firebase: Google Firebase Privacy Policy

Applicable: Vendors Only. Sign Up With Email and your Truck Details are supported by Google's Firebase. Food Truck GOAT only shares the information on your truck profile as you see it in the app. If you do not enter that information, then it is not shared. If you remove that information, then it is gone.
