By downloading and using Food Truck GOAT you are automatically bound by these terms and conditions. You should take the time to read and understand them

All aspects of Food Truck GOAT including the logos, imagery and source code belong to Christopher Glover

Information supplied by Vendors, such as contact information, menu information and photos belongs to those Vendors and they reserve full right to enforce legal action if you choose to copy or misrepresent their content

If requested to do so, Christopher Glover / Food Truck GOAT will cooperate as requested by law with relevant Australian or New Zealand authorities. Please see what information is held in the Privacy Policy

The Food Truck GOAT platform is built on trust. Vendors are trusted to keep their details up to date and current. Vendors who fail to do so will be warned and potentially banned from Advertising on Food Truck GOAT. You have the right to dispute this

Food Truck GOAT Terms and Conditions do not replace or extend your rights under Consumer Law. We do not receive commission from sales and derive no benefit or loss from the quality or quantity of food and service provided. You will need to make complaints regarding quality or quantity of food provided directly to the vendor and we accept no liability regarding this

Food Truck GOAT is provided free of charge to consumers and mostly to vendors. It is therefore considered unreasonable to make complaints of financial loss against Food Truck

All attempts have been made to have an accurate and functional app, however information provided by third parties is mostly outside our control

Christopher Glover reserves the right to issue updates, modifications or discontinue the app. The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions will be updated if applicable
